Iaspis are pleased to present Cosmic Matter, a new publication with renowned Swedish artist Gunilla Klingberg.
The publication is made in conjunction with two projects produced for the 2007 Istanbul Biennial, but comprises most of Klingberg’s oeuvre since 1997. Cosmic Matter is designed by Swedish graphic artists Andreas & Fredrika and is richly illustrated. Texts are written by Artforum-critic Lars Bang Larsen, artist and curator Adnan Yildiz and artist Fia Backström. The publication has a foreword written by former Iaspis director Maria Lind and is published by Iaspis together with Propexus, as part of the monographic series In Dialogue. Iaspis is the international program for artists, architects and designers, part of the Swedish Arts Grants Committee.
