This summer, we received the honor of bringing a touch of worship to a very awesome recycling happening.
The Oregon Country Fair, which is held in Eugene every year in July.
300 acres, 100,000 visitors, 12,000 volunteers, 100 recycling crew, 17 pick up trucks,hundreds of collection kiosks and two assembly line separation stations.
But even more awesome for waste conscious people was the practice of reusing metal silverware and cups for a festival of this large size.
The silverware was collected, sanitized and returned to the food vendors. This operation was repeated several times a day!
